Description We are looking for a meticulous and organized Loan Servicing Assistant to join our team in Canfield, Ohio. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting loan operations by ensuring accurate data entry, reviewing documentation, and assisting with administrative tasks. This is a long-term contract position that offers a consistent schedule and the opportunity to grow within the banking industry.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately input loan information into company systems while maintaining high attention to detail.

• Review loan documents to verify completeness and compliance with company policies.

• Provide administrative support to the loan servicing team, including filing and record maintenance.

• Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth loan processing.

• Uphold confidentiality standards and adhere to industry regulations.

• Assist in resolving discrepancies in loan documentation or system entries.

• Ensure timely and efficient handling of loan servicing tasks.

• Support team members with additional duties as required to maintain workflow efficiency. Requirements • Previous experience in loan administration, mortgage processing, or a related field is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software is required.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.

• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Familiarity with loan origination or mortgage lending processes is an advantage.

• High level of professionalism and reliability.

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to compliance standards.
