    We are seeking a Medical Record Representative for a fully remote position supporting medical record retrieval operations. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, goal-driven, and comfortable managing high-volume outreach while working remotely.

    Job Summary

    The Senior Business Operations Coordinator is responsible for contacting provider offices, hospitals, and healthcare facilities to schedule medical record retrieval appointments. The role requires meeting daily productivity targets, maintaining detailed documentation, and achieving quality standards of 90% or higher—all in a remote work environment.

    Requirements

    Key Responsibilities

    + Contact provider offices, hospitals, and healthcare facilities to schedule medical record retrieval appointments using mail, fax, electronic, and field methods

    + Complete a minimum of 60 outbound calls per day while meeting retrieval performance metrics

    + Document all interactions accurately and maintain strong provider relationships

    + Coordinate scheduling with field retrieval technicians to ensure timely appointments

    + Share assignment details with onshore and offshore teams in the U.S., India, and the Philippines

    + Respond to provider inquiries and research updates as needed

    + Support inbound calls and manage internal and external correspondence

    + Maintain high productivity and meet project deadlines

    + Resolve issues, implement solutions, and escalate unresolved concerns when necessary

    + Follow all project protocols and quality standards

    + Perform special projects and additional duties as assigned

     

    Work Schedule

     

    + Monday through Friday

    + 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time

    + Fully remote position
