    Role: IT Manager

     

    Salary: 185k base (some flex)

     

    Where: Los Angeles (90049) 2 days onsite

    Requirements

    Top 5 Requirements:

    + Extensive M365 (Microsoft 365) experience is mandatory.

    + Proven leadership and management skills—must be able to directly lead and build a small team with little oversight.

    + Experience managing and deploying unified communications (Teams, Zoom, WebEx, VOIP/RingCentral, and integrating these platforms).

    + Led migration/transition projects from Google to Microsoft, including SharePoint, Teams, and platform rationalization.

    + Strategic thinking and strong communication skills—culturally connect with staff, provide clear examples, and influence long-term transition plans (3–5 years and beyond).

    Other Notable Skills & Tools:

    + Familiarity with Defender, Copilot for AI, and modern videoconferencing tools

    + Hands-on experience with VOIP systems (any platform; RingCentral is a plus)

    + Experience with Airtable, Confluence, Adobe Enterprise, font management, JAMF (plus)

    + Ability to move documentation systems from legacy wiki to SharePoint

    + Must be organized, collaborative, and able to work well with technical/non-technical stakeholders

    Team Structure:

    + Small team (currently 1 direct report; additional systems admins may join)

    + 20–25% hands-on at first; the rest focused on leadership and strategy
