Description We are looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Seattle, Washington. This is a long-term contract position that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and relaxed office environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing financial operations and maintaining accurate records for a small yet well-established company.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.

• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain detailed financial records.

• Execute payroll processing using Paychex software for approximately 20 employees.

• Prepare and file quarterly and monthly tax reports, including B& O taxes.

• Maintain and update general ledger accounts, including journal entries and adjustments.

• Utilize QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise software efficiently to manage accounting tasks.

• Collaborate with the team to provide insights into financial performance and suggest improvements.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

• Support the office with additional administrative or financial duties as needed.

• Work closely with the owner and other team members to ensure seamless financial operations. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in full charge bookkeeping or a similar role.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise is required.

• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.

• Familiarity with filing tax reports, including B& O taxes, is preferred.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

• Effective communication skills to interact with colleagues and management.
