Description
Our client a well known regional law firm is currently seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to support attorneys in a busy transactional practice. This role works closely with counsel on entity formation, financings, business transactions, succession planning, and sales, and offers exposure to a wide range of corporate and estate-related matters. Candidates should have 3-5 years of base experience in a transactional practice area.

Requirements
Responsibilities
• Support attorneys with corporate and business transactions, including entity formation, financings, restructurings, and dissolutions
• Draft and prepare formation documents, bylaws, operating agreements, resolutions, minutes, and related transactional materials
• Conduct legal research and compile data for client matters
• File documents with state and federal agencies
• Maintain and organize electronic and physical transaction files, ensuring version accuracy throughout the deal lifecycle
• Track deadlines, manage assignments, and assist with attorney calendar management
• Communicate directly with clients and serve as a liaison with opposing counsel and third-party vendors
• Coordinate execution of documents and oversee correspondence and reports
• Enter and track billable time
• Collaborate with other paralegals and legal support staff on larger matters
Required Qualifications
• Paralegal certificate or related training
• 3-5+ years of paralegal or related experience, preferably in corporate or transactional law
• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with DocuSign and Adobe
• Comfortable learning and using legal technology platforms
