Shad and his team at Robert Half is working with a food manufacturing client in the Sugar Land area that is looking for a Controller. This role will report for a dynamic leader that is supportive of future growth. This privately held client is looking for an accounting leader that started career in a plant accounting opportunity and has developed accounting skills into a Corporate Controller. This candidate must have Bachelor's Degree, 10 plus year’s accounting experience preferably in a food manufacturing environment, someone that has lead a team of 7 plus, someone that has demonstrated process improvement and someone that has collaborated in a plant environment. Role will also work closely with senior leadership providing collaborative data for business effectiveness.     Requirements

    + Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

    + 10 plus years of experience

    + Manufacturing a Must

    + Prior experience as Plant Controller

    + ERP knowledge

    + Budgeting and Forecasting
