Senior Tax Preparer

What You’ll Do

+ Prepare and review individual tax returns (primarily Form 1040).

+ Communicate directly with clients to gather documentation and deliver a seamless experience.

+ Provide tax analysis, projections, and planning strategies.

+ Stay current on tax laws to optimize client outcomes.

+ Collaborate with advisors to integrate tax strategies into holistic wealth planning.

What We’re Looking For

+ 3+ years of tax preparation experience (high-net-worth client experience preferred).

+ Proficiency with Lacerte software (REQUIRED).

+ Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

+ EA designation preferred (CPA considered).

+ Knowledge of multi-state returns and California tax compliance.

+ Familiarity with estate, gift tax, and advanced planning concepts is a plus.
