Description We are looking for a dedicated Loan Servicing specialist to support the administration and servicing of loans within the rental housing portfolio. This role involves coordinating daily loan administration tasks, including managing construction and permanent loan closings, setting up new loans, and onboarding clients for loan servicing. This is a Long-term Contract position based in Glen Allen, Virginia.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee daily loan administration tasks to ensure efficient operations.

• Manage the setup, onboarding, and orientation for new loan servicing processes.

• Facilitate the closing of construction and permanent loans with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Maintain loan records and ensure compliance with documentation standards.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address loan servicing inquiries and resolve issues.

• Update and manage loan servicing systems to maintain accurate data.

• Monitor escrow accounts and ensure timely administration.

• Provide support for affordable housing programs and align servicing practices with program requirements.

• Conduct reviews of loan documentation to ensure adherence to established guidelines. Requirements • 2–4 years of experience in multifamily loan servicing, escrow administration, asset management, or housing finance operations.

• Familiarity with rental housing finance and loan servicing procedures.

• Proficiency in loan servicing systems and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Knowledge of affordable housing programs such as state housing finance agency initiatives.

• Ability to interpret and work within loan documentation standards.

• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.
