    Responsibilities

    + Manage accounting for both management company and general partner levels

    + Execute month-end and quarter-end closings

    + Handle treasury operations and wire transfers

    + Prepare distributions and allocations

    + Support tax activities and reporting

    + Take on additional responsibilities based on your skills and experience

    Requirements

    + 5+ years in accounting (public accounting, fund administration, or venture/private equity fund experience)

    + Experience with Investran is a plus

    + Highly organized with strong attention to detail

    + Clear and professional communicator

    + Hands-on, curious approach; this is a preparer role

    + Collaborative, humble, and team-oriented mindset
