Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Irvine, California. This role involves accurately entering and managing data, with a focus on service agreements and other related tasks. The position is permanent and offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates eager to develop their skills in a meticulous environment.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and update service agreements and other relevant data with precision and attention to detail.

• Maintain organized and accurate records within the company’s database systems.

• Perform regular quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly data entry goals.

• Follow established procedures for data management and reporting.

• Assist with additional administrative tasks as assigned.

• Adapt to evolving priorities and tasks to support the team’s objectives.

• Uphold confidentiality and security standards when handling sensitive information. Requirements • Proven experience or strong aptitude in data entry and clerical tasks.

• Proficiency in using computer systems and data entry software.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in managing data.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Effective communication skills to work collaboratively within a team.

• Flexibility to adapt to changes in workload or priorities.

• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
