    **Round Rock Honda** , a **Penske Automotive Group** dealership, is actively seeking an **experienced Honda Automotive Technician / Flat Rate Technician** to join our high-performing service team and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.

    As a Honda Automotive Technician, you'll perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance in accordance with Honda factory standards and dealership time guidelines.

    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    + **3+ years of dealership or automotive technician experience required**

    + Honda experience preferred but not required

    + Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and electrical repair skills

    + Safe and proficient use of shop tools and diagnostic equipment

    + ASE certifications a plus

    + Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced, flat-rate production environment

    + Valid driver's license with a good driving record

    + Safety: Understand and comply with all federal, state, and local regulations that affect shop operations, such as handling and disposal of hazardous waste, OSHA, and use of safety and health personal protective equipment.
