    Animal Care Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking a diligent and compassionate Animal Care Technician to join our team. In this role, you will apply your technical knowledge to perform daily observations. You will also be responsible for reporting any changes in their environment or health, performing environmental monitoring with associated documentation, and maintaining cleanliness and order in the animal facility.

    Responsibilities

    + Conduct daily observations and report any changes.

    + Monitor the environment and maintain associated documentation.

    + Change and clean cages, equipment, water bottles, and food.

    + Perform janitorial maintenance of facility rooms and stock supplies.

    + Carry out preventative maintenance of animal facility equipment and supplies.

    + Perform monthly sanitization of equipment and the facility.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Tarrytown, NY.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
