Job Title: Entry Level Warehouse $15.85

About the Role

Join a dynamic distribution and logistics company that supplies a variety of non-perishable food items across the U.S. and neighboring countries. We are seeking six dedicated packers for our Displays Department on the first shift. You will be responsible for palletizing different food products, including peanut butter, spam, peanuts, bacon bits, and other canned goods.

Responsibilities

+ Palletize various food products efficiently

+ Operate packaging machines with proper training

+ Lift and manage items weighing 45–60 lbs

+ Utilize RF scanners for inventory management

+ Perform picking, unloading, palletizing, stacking, and labeling tasks

+ Conduct quality checks on products before shipment

Essential Skills

+ Six months of recent experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred

+ Ability to operate packaging machines daily

+ Proficiency in using RF scanners and pallet jacks

+ Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively

+ Basic math skills to ensure correct packing on pallets

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Ability to stand for 8–10 hours a day

+ Experience with warehouse inventory systems

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eldridge, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.85 - $15.85/hr.
