    Electronics Technician

    What You’ll Do

    + Diagnose and repair electronic equipment with precision.

    + Perform board-level repairs and functional testing to ensure top performance.

    + Assemble electrical devices and components using hand and power tools.

    + Conduct manual rework and troubleshooting on electrical devices.

    + Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all tasks.

    + Collaborate with a team committed to excellence and continuous improvement.

    What We’re Looking For

    + **Experience:** 3–5 years in an electronics manufacturing or repair environment.

    + **Education:** Associate Degree in Electronics preferred.

    + **Certifications:** IPC soldering certification a plus.

    + **Technical Skills:** Strong knowledge of digital and analog circuitry, Windows XP/7, and proficiency with tools like multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies.

    + **Attention to Detail:** Ability to read schematics, follow technical documentation, and meet strict quality standards.

    + **Software Skills:** Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chesapeake, VA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
