Associate Manufacturing Process Technician
Job Description
As an Associate Manufacturing Process Technician, you will routinely perform moderately-complex to complex processes according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). This position involves inspecting and packaging product-filled vials in accordance with procedures and batch records.
Responsibilities
+ Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
+ Set up and operate manufacturing equipment.
+ Assist or participate in other manufacturing operations, such as filling support activities.
+ Support internal operations by stocking items, tracking inventory, and managing material movement.
+ Recognize and report equipment malfunctions and make necessary adjustments.
+ Train new Manufacturing Process Technicians on routine tasks.
+ Understand, follow, and document batch records for the inspection and packaging process.
+ Reconcile components and products and calculate product exposure to room temperature.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in filling and finishing manufacturing, preferably with vial inspection.
+ Understanding of measurements, calculations, and the metric system.
+ Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
+ Prior manufacturing or production experience.
+ Experience in a GMP or pharmaceutical environment is preferred.
+ Flexible schedule and strong work ethic.
+ Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
Work Environment
Work in a new state-of-the-art facility that is currently undergoing expansion. The role requires flexibility in scheduling and involves standing for long periods. The position is physically demanding, requiring the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

This is a Contract position based out of New Albany, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
