Job Title: Junior ArchitectJob Description

Join our dynamic team as a Junior Architect where you will utilize your expertise in REVIT and AutoCAD to produce construction drawings for a variety of commercial projects, particularly in the retail and hospitality sectors. You will be actively involved in all phases of projects from initial surveys to construction administration, working closely within a team to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities

+ Produce construction drawing sets using REVIT and AutoCAD.

+ Participate in all phases of project development including conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction administration.

+ Conduct existing condition surveys by traveling to job sites.

+ Collaborate with team members to meet project objectives.

+ Communicate effectively with clients and engineering trades to ensure project progression.

+ Respond to RFIs and manage submittals.

Essential Skills

+ Full proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD.

+ Experience in commercial architecture with a preference for retail projects.

+ Ability to produce comprehensive construction drawings.

+ Experience in schematic design, design development, and construction administration.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.

+ 2-3 years of architectural experience, preferably in a small office setting.

+ Motivation to become a licensed architect is a plus.

This is a Permanent position based out of Park Ridge, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
