    Job Title: Project Manager

    Job Description

    We are seeking Project Manager to join our team in Warminster, PA, working in a hybrid model with typically two days remote. This role is integral to our operations in the Aerospace & Defense industry, involving the management and assistance in large-scale technical programs that encompass construction management and systems integration.

    Responsibilities

    + Oversee or assist in the execution of complex projects involving chamber construction, including structural steel, shielded panels, and absorber foam.

    + Manage technical systems integration focusing on mechanical and software components.

    + Handle scheduling, resource allocation, and maintain effective customer communication.

    + Ensure compliance with defense project requirements, including DPAS ratings.

    + Travel up to 25% if managing full programs; minimal travel if supporting project managers.

    Essential Skills

    + Proven program management experience in construction or technical integration.

    + Strong customer-facing and communication skills.

    + Technical experience in Mechanical or Systems Engineering is strongly desired.

    + Project management expertise, including budget and risk management.

    + Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.

    + Familiarity with Aerospace, RF, DOD, Aviation, and MIL-STD requirements.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Aerospace & Defense experience preferred.

    + Sole U.S. citizenship required for NSA compliance.

    + Experience managing projects valued between $3-5 million.

    Work Environment

    This position is based onsite in Warminster, PA, with a hybrid work model allowing work from home on Wednesdays. The role involves minimal travel unless managing full programs, which may require up to 25% travel. The work environment is dynamic and focused on delivering specialized solutions for mission-critical defense programs.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Warminster, PA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $140000.00/yr.

     

    Would be a direct employee from day 1. Need benefits package
