    Job Title: Superintendent for Healthcare RenovationsJob Description

     

    We are seeking a dedicated Superintendent to support our construction projects specializing in occupied healthcare renovations. This role involves overseeing projects in radiology, doctors' offices, hospitals, and medical equipment spaces.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage and oversee healthcare renovation projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion.

    + Read and interpret MEP designs, drawings, and blueprint plans accurately.

    + Implement infection control protocols and hazard analysis to maintain safety and compliance.

    + Interact professionally with stakeholders and clients, maintaining strong relationships.

    + Ensure dust mitigation and other safety measures are in place during renovations.

    + Adapt to changes in construction schedules and effectively solve any arising issues.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in occupied renovation projects.

    + Proficiency in healthcare construction, including infection control and hazard analysis.

    + Ability to read and interpret MEP designs, drawings, and blueprints.

    + Strong communication skills for stakeholder and client interactions.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Professional, accountable, and reliable demeanor.

    + Experience with Adobe and Procore software.

    + Familiarity with method of procedures in healthcare settings.

    Work Environment

    The role requires 100% on-site work within a 60-mile radius of Montgomery County, including areas such as Delaware, Eastern Shore, Hagerstown, DC, NOVA, Woodbridge VA, and Glenstone PA. Some projects may require weekend and night shifts, but back-to-back projects in the same location or project type are avoided. Candidates without healthcare experience but meeting other requirements may receive training and shadow job sites. The company offers a company car, iPad, laptop, a 3% 401k match, and covers 80% of benefits.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
