Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer with strong technical and analytical capabilities to support the development of mechatronics systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in both prototype and production-level designs and a proven ability to deliver results efficiently. Design and develop 3D mechanical models and 2D drawings for mechatronics systems using SolidWorks. Perform mechanical tolerance stack-up analysis and related engineering calculations. Create mechanical assemblies for electronics and automation systems. Support rapid prototyping and production tooling processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability. Manage projects using Agile PLM tools and methodologies. Communicate technical concepts clearly through documentation and presentations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Nice to Have: Thermal simulation analysis Structural Load Analysis Required: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or related field. 5+ years of experience in mechanical design and product development. Proficiency in SolidWorks MCAD software for 3D modeling and 2D drafting. Experience with Agile PLM systems. Strong knowledge of mechanical assemblies, electronics integration, and automation design. Expertise in mechanical tolerance analysis. Hands-on experience with rapid prototype tooling and production tooling. Proven project management skills. Excellent communication and technical writing abilities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $150000.00/hr.
