Job Title: Quality Control Technician
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and skilled quality controlled technicians to join our team in Orlando, FL. This role involves concrete quality controle, inspection and documentation.
Responsibilities
+ **Inspection & Testing**
+ Perform daily inspections of precast concrete products for dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and structural integrity
+ Conduct slump tests, air content tests, and compressive strength tests on concrete samples
+ Verify reinforcement placement, embedment locations, and curing processes
+ **Documentation & Reporting**
+ Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and any non-conformance issues
+ Prepare and submit quality reports to the QC Manager
+ **Compliance**
+ Ensure adherence to project specifications, industry standards, and company quality procedures
+ Assist in internal audits and support corrective actions for non-conforming products
+ **Communication**
+ Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues promptly
+ Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orlando, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
