Job Title: LVN Staff Nurse

Job Description

Join our Residential Treatment Center as an LVN Staff Nurse, primarily focusing on medication management. This position involves med room responsibilities such as med calls, inventory management, pharmacy pickups using a company car, calling for refills, EHR, billing, some vital checks, and logging/documentation. While direct hands-on patient care is limited, meticulous documentation is crucial.

Responsibilities

+ Manage medication calls at 7am, 12pm, and 5pm.

+ Handle medication inventory and conduct pharmacy pickups.

+ Ensure accurate documentation and communication with providers.

+ Coordinate and document care processes effectively.

+ Log and document medication administration and destruction.

Essential Skills

+ Experience with charts and electronic medical records (EMR).

+ Proficiency in medical terminology and behavioral health.

+ Comfortable with medication management and care coordination.

+ Confident in documentation and provider collaboration.

+ CA LVN License required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in substance disorder treatment is a plus.

+ Detail-oriented and process-driven approach is highly preferred.

Work Environment

The work schedule is Monday through Friday. The position offers a professional environment with 48 patient rooms. Benefits include medical, dental, and vacation. This is a Permanent position based out of Sacramento, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
