    Job Title: Production Associate** **Job Description

     

    Join a dynamic team in a cutting-edge manufacturing environment, producing small metal parts for automotive vehicles. This role involves operating large stamping presses, small machine welding stations, and production lines to ensure quality and efficiency in production.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate production line efficiently and ensure smooth workflow.

    + Push carts of products and move materials around the facility.

    + Lift and perform labor-intensive tasks with a focus on safety.

    + Maintain high attention to detail and initiative in daily tasks.

    + Ensure high attendance and reliability.

    + Operate cranes and assist in organizing large metal coils.

    + Perform quality checks on parts and ensure they meet standards.

    + Set up machines and adjust settings for optimal performance.

    + Conduct quality audits and report findings to the team.

    Essential Skills

    + Ability to stand on feet for 10+ hours a day.

    + Capability to lift 30+ lbs repeatedly and over the head.

    + Experience in a fast-paced production or warehouse environment.

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

    + Proficiency in using machines like lathes and grinders.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in a production facility or warehouse.

    + Ability to interpret and understand work instructions.

    + Willingness to perform additional duties, including machine operation.

    Work Environment

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $14.75 - $17.22/hr.
