    Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description

     

    Join our team as a General Production Worker where you will assist in the production of pre-cast concrete structures, specifically for sanitation and storm drain purposes. You will primarily operate machinery and utilize hand tools to maintain the integrity of concrete forms during the drying process. Your role will include smoothing surfaces and ensuring the absence of imperfections, alongside other general tasks as needed throughout the week.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate machines and use hand tools to support concrete form integrity.

    + Smooth and perfect concrete surfaces to prevent imperfections.

    + Engage in general production tasks as required.

    + Read blueprints and follow instructions for production processes.

    + Utilize tack welding techniques as necessary.

    + Operate overhead cranes safely and efficiently.

    Essential Skills

    + 1+ years of experience in manufacturing or construction.

    + Strong mechanical inclination such as car maintenance or furniture assembly.

    + Ability to read a tape measure accurately.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in production, general labor, and machine operation.

    + Blueprint reading proficiency.

    + Willingness to work in a concrete environment and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

    + Openness to working 10-15 hours of overtime during busy seasons and occasionally on Saturdays.

    Work Environment

    Our expansive facility includes two buildings and a storage yard. While all work is conducted indoors, the job can be quite dirty, with variable temperatures. We prioritize safety, providing all necessary PPE including steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and more. Work hours are from 6:30am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday, with potential extended hours during busy periods.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stacy, MN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
