    Job Title: T1 Infra - Operations Technician, 1st & C Shift** **Job Description

     

    We are seeking a quality-driven Operations Technician with experience in operating equipment in the field. The role requires the ability to prioritize and execute maintenance and preventative maintenance tasks, such as turn-offs, shut downs, LOTO, commissioning, and inspections. The successful candidate will perform maintenance work, including inspection and repair on equipment like pumps, filters, compressed air systems, general HVAC, and air units.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate and maintain field equipment efficiently.

    + Conduct and prioritize maintenance and preventative maintenance tasks.

    + Perform inspections and repairs on equipment such as pumps, filters, compressed air, HVAC systems, and air units.

    + Climb stairs, work on roofs, and conduct repairs and inspections outdoors for extended periods.

    + Handle commissioning and inspection tasks.

    + Use two-way radios and occasionally cell phones for high-level communication.

    + Perform elevated work requiring fall protection, including the use of lanyards, harnesses, and tie-offs.

    + Explain and adhere to Health & Safety procedures.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in electrical, construction, troubleshooting, industrial repair, installation, and supervisory skills.

    + Understanding of fall protection procedures and equipment.

    + High level of communication skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Control Room experience.

    + OSHA 10 certification.

    + Knowledge of confined spaces is preferred.

    + Experience in a semi-conductor background is a plus but not required.

    + Experience operating from a remote control room is a plus but not required.

    Work Environment

    This position is based in a large warehouse setting where you will be on your feet most of the day. In-warehouse transportation is provided, and you should be prepared for a dirty work environment.

    This is a Contract position based out of Taylor, TX.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
