How you will contribute
You will:
+ Manage assigned projects through the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
+ Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk registers.
+ Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment of deliverables across R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Marketing, and Regulatory.
+ Lead status meetings and manage project communications to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
+ Monitor and control project performance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, and issues.
+ Maintain project documentation and ensure data integrity.
+ Apply project management best practices following Mondelez methodologies and frameworks.

What you need to know about this position:
You will be responsible for scoping and leading Toblerone projects for US market, building strong cross functional relationship and supporting execution of Toblerone projects. Attention to detail, collaborative spirit and good communication are key.
The role will support bridging critical project information flows between local and MEU teams, ensuring seamless project execution and timely launches.
Job specific requirements:
+ 2+ years’ experience in project coordination, execution, or product commercialization within FMCG or related industries.
+ Bachelor`s degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
+ Foundational knowledge of project management processes and tools.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and timelines.
+ Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
+ PMP certificate and Accolade experience are a plus.
Work schedule:
*This role is based at our East Hanover, NJ office and requires three days onsite per week. No remote options or relocation are offered*
Salary and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $86,900 to $119,515; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
