    About the Role:The Rescue Mission of Trenton is seeking a dedicatedDirector of Nursingto lead and oversee all nursing services, ensuring quality care and compliance with regulatory standards. This role involves supervising the medical team, developing policies, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated client care.Qualifications:

     

    + Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred

    + Registered Nurse (RN) license and CPR certification

    + 5+ years of nursing experience, including supervisory and addiction treatment experience

    + Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Administrative oversight of nursing services and staff supervision

    + Develop and maintain nursing policies and quality assurance programs

    + Participate in treatment planning and staff education

    + Ensure compliance with HIPAA and NJAC medication documentation standards

    Salary Range: $95,000 - $105,000Work Hours: Monday - Friday: 7:30am - 3:30pm with On Call ResponsibilitiesWhat We Offer:
