    Job Description​

    The CNA provides patient care under the direction and supervision of the RN LPN. The CNA assists in the patients care anticipating patient family needs in a proactive fashion. The CNA individualizes and modifies care according to the patient's needs. The CNA collaborates with other health care team members to enhance the provision of patient care.

     

    At HMC and WMH may have completed fundamentals of nursing course in lieu of CNA.
