    Job Description​

    BJC HealthCare and Saint Luke’s Health System is seeking a **Clinical Supervisor** for the Internal Medicine Primary Care Clinic to oversee daily administrative and clinical operations. This leadership role manages clinical departments, coordinates resources, and ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care.

    Shift Details:

    M-F 8:30am - 5pm (The clinic is open from 7am - 5pm)

    Key Responsibilities

    + **Operational Management:** Direct daily clinic functions, including supply procurement, QA initiatives, regulatory compliance, OSHA standards, and equipment maintenance.

    + **Team Leadership:** Lead the hiring, training, and professional development of clinical staff, including performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.

    + **Clinical Oversight:** Assist staff as needed to maintain seamless operations and achieve high patient satisfaction scores.

    + **Administrative Coordination:** Lead regular staff meetings and manage departmental resources to meet healthcare quality goals.

    Qualifications

    + **Education:** Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

    + **Licensure/Certification:** Active RN License and BLS certification required.

    + **Experience:** 2–5 years of clinical/leadership experience preferred.
