    Physical Therapist- Outpatient Clinic

    Responsibilities:

    + Licensed or eligible Physical Therapist in Rhode Island

    + Conduct patient evaluations to determine the need for therapy and develop individualized treatment plans

    + Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care aligned with physician orders, agency policies, and professional standards

    + Implement and adjust treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and document outcomes thoroughly

    + Educate and instruct patients' family members, PTAs, aides, and caregivers in proper therapy techniques to ensure continuity of care

    + Provide hands-on therapy, including manual techniques, exercises, and modalities

    + Evaluate patient response and modify treatment strategies as needed

    + Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all patient interactions and treatments

    + Ensure compliance with all safety, confidentiality, and professional standards

    + Mandatory Certifications: First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications
