As a Package Engineering Manager, you will lead a multi-site team of engineers and designers focused on rotating equipment projects. Your role includes managing team competency, overseeing budgets, and supporting manufacturing operations.

How You’ll Make an Impact

+ Lead a multi-site team specializing in mechanical and systems engineering for packaged rotating equipment projects (e.g., electric motor-driven compressor trains, gas turbine-compressors).

+ Develop and implement a competency management program to enhance team skills.

+ Collaborate with engineering disciplines to optimize capacity and meet business needs.

+ Support manufacturing by creating work instructions and addressing non-conformance issues.

+ Manage departmental budgets to ensure financial efficiency.

+ Mentor team members and build a pipeline of future talent.

What You Bring

+ Minimum B.S. in an engineering-related field; M.S. is a plus.

+ Previous team lead or management experience required.

+ 8+years of Mechanical Engineering industry experience; advanced degree may substitute for work experience. Those with more experience may be considered for a more senior level.

+ Ability to travel up to 10% of the time (domestic and international).

+ Experience directing a multi-site team of engineers and designers across multiple countries.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Engineering/PLM software (NX, COMOS, Jira, SAP); rotating equipment experience preferred.

Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, certifications, and other business needs. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual’s qualifications.
