    Siemens Financial Services (SFS) is looking for a RiskManager – Infrastructure Finance to work in our Project Finance Group. This position is onsite and located in Iselin, New Jersey, however a remote work arrangement would be candidate may be considered if skills aligned.

    You will be involved in providing structured debt financing

    for the Americas through SFS. As part of a strong and established team of

    project and structured finance risk managers, you will support SFS’ ongoing

    business with a focus on project finance transactions. In this context you will

    underwrite and manage your own projects.

    Youwill make an impact by:

    + Performing comprehensive newtransaction risk analysis for infrastructure and energy project finance loantransactions based in the Americas region and providing structuringsupport to the Origination team.

    + Managing the underwriting processwith a focus on risk assessment and optimizing structures.

    + Coordinating the various workstreamsin the transaction team (e.g. Rating, Legal, Tax, Compliance, Operations)during the underwriting and portfolio monitoring.

    + Preparing the credit applicationsincluding the due diligence of credit material, reviewing and negotiationof financial models, and of the commercial and financing agreements.

    + Evaluating transactions from arisk/return perspective and presenting applications to SFS Management andCommittee(s).

    + Monitoring and managing existingtransactions in the portfolio (including assessment of requests forwaivers and amendments) and representing SFS as main point of contact.

    + Developing, implementing, andmonitoring compliance with risk strategies, operating policies andpractices to ensure effective risk management, both in the initial riskassessment and over the lifetime of transactions.

    + Maintaining sound understanding of theinfrastructure and energy sectors, as well as current market conditionsand financing trends.

    Qualifications:

    BasicQualifications:

    + BA/BS in finance, economics, oraccounting.

    + 3-6 years of relevant workexperience/credit analysis.

    + Deep knowledge of project finance inthe Americas.

    + Willingness and ability to travel asneeded.

    + Authorized to work in the US withoutthe need for sponsorship now or in the future.

    PreferredQualifications:

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced,transaction-oriented team.

    + Excellent communication skills andability to work with tight deadlines. Solid professional writing andanalytical skills, particularly in the preparation of credit memos andrelevant documents.
