We are looking for a highly
motivated Sr. Financial Analyst to support the Apparatus segment of Electrical
Products. This segment of Smart Infrastructure – Electrical Products is
experiencing significant growth with three manufacturing sites in the US. This position is a hybrid role based in Peachtree
Corners, GA

Roles & Responsibilities
+ Act as the primary point ofcontact and Finance P&L owner for designated buyout and ContractManufacturing product lines within the Apparatus segment, guiding theirfinancial performance.
+ Collaborate closely withbusiness leaders as a strategic finance partner, translating financialinsights into actionable strategies that directly impact businessperformance and foster shared ownership of financial outcomes.
+ Develop and manage robustmonthly financial forecasts and comprehensive annual budgets forresponsible portfolio, collaborating closely with segment controllers andbusiness leads.
+ Conduct timely and thoroughanalysis of business results, translating complex financial data intoclear, actionable recommendations to enhance transparency and drivesuperior business performance.
+ Develop and present monthly andquarterly financial reviews for key stakeholders, effectivelycommunicating performance, risks, and opportunities.
+ Foster strong, collaborativerelationships with the Sales, Product Management, Business Development,and Operations teams to ensure integrated financial planning andexecution.
+ Champion and implementdigitalization and automation opportunities to continuously streamline andsimplify existing financial workflows and processes, boosting efficiency.
+ Contribute to a positive,team-oriented environment, providing efficient and effective financialsupport to the broader business unit on relevant business topics.
+ Embrace a dynamic workenvironment where responsibilities may evolve and expand based on shiftingbusiness needs and strategic priorities, requiring a proactive andadaptable mindset.
+ Ensures compliance with SiemensFRGs and IFRS in relation to accounting & financial reporting.
Basic Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s Degree in **B** usiness,Finance, Accounting or other related finance fields.
+ 8+ years financial analysisexperience
+ Advanced Microsoft Officeskills (PPT and Excel).
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience with Tableau, Knimeand SAP is preferred.
+ Willingness to learn anddevelop, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to demonstrate
initiative with flexible and proactive approach to work, and comfortable
working under pressure in a fast pace complex environment.
