    Distribution Coordinator

     

    We’re looking for a Distribution Coordinator to play a critical role in managing our warehouse operations and vendor relationships across a network of 120 locations. In this dynamic position, you’ll be the key liaison between internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, operational efficiency, and compliance with company policies, including SOX requirements.     What You’ll Do

    + Oversee procure-to-pay processes for all warehouse vendors, ensuring accurate accruals and resolving issues promptly.

    + Coordinate new plant setups and master data updates in collaboration with IT Business Support and Master Data teams.

    + Partner with re-supply, shipping/receiving, account managers, customer service, and inventory control teams to maintain accurate inventory records across all locations.

    + Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and product quality concerns quickly.

    + Work with Inventory Accounting Teams on monthly reconciliations to ensure compliance with close policies.

    + Negotiate vendor contracts, manage supplier relationships, and track costs.

    + Coordinate annual warehouse weigh-ups and manage shrink reporting.

    + Track inbound rail and barge shipments to minimize shortages and reduce risk.

    Additional Requirements

    + Education & Experience:

    + Bachelor’s degree + 3+ years in inventory management, customer service, or supply chain

    + OR 5+ years of relevant experience with a high school diploma

    + Experience with entry-level accounting (e.g., accounts payable)

    + Ability to build strong relationships across all levels and with external partners

    + Adaptability to changing business needs and ability to manage multiple priorities

    + Travel up to 20% as needed

    This is a Contract position based out of Lithia, FL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $27.59 - $31.03/hr.
