We’re looking for an **Administrative Specialist – People Operations** to serve as the first point of contact for our Center and a critical support partner across departments. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands the importance of professionalism, safety, and communication.

The Administrative Specialist is responsible for the **daily operation of the switchboard (PBX)** , serving as the **Center Receptionist** , and providing **administrative and clerical support** to People Operations and other departments. This role also plays a vital part in **emergency communication and coordination** throughout the Center.

Key Responsibilities

+ Operate switchboard and route calls accurately

+ Serve as first point of contact for the Center

+ Handle emergency calls; announce and text emergency codes

+ Coordinate communication via phone and walkie-talkies

+ Provide administrative support (data entry, scanning, filing)

+ Badge backup creation and package coordination

+ Support daily operations (front lobby upkeep, sanitation, restrooms, plants, coffee water)

+ Respond to department requests as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications

+ Minimum 2 years administrative experience

+ High School Diploma or equivalent

+ Strong computer and communication skills

+ Valid driver’s license

+ Two (2) years experience working in a clerical/secretarial position in front office healthcare setting preferred.
