TEKsystems is partnering with a leading technology company to hire a Systems Engineer II for a 3-month contract in Seattle, WA. This role focuses on infrastructure operations, automation, and troubleshooting for aerospace and robotics platforms, and industry experience in these areas is highly preferred. Candidates should have a technical degree in Computer Science or a related field, software development and support experience, and strong Linux/UNIX skills. Key responsibilities include optimizing servers and networks, driving automation, resolving root causes, and improving operational workflows. Required skills include C++ coding, Jira, data pipeline systems, scripting (Perl/Python), and knowledge of internet protocols and security best practices. Preferred experience includes AWS technologies, version control systems, and managing large-scale distributed environments.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.
