Compensation Analyst II

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS** **:
1. Lead the administration and implementation of compensation programs.
2. Conduct salary surveys and market analyses to ensure the organization’s pay practices remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.
3. Support the maintenance of job architecture, job leveling, and career path frameworks, ensuring consistency and equity across the organization.
4. Provide salary recommendations for new hires, promotions, and internal equity adjustments, collaborating with HR Business Partners and leadership.
5. Analyze compensation data to identify trends and make recommendations to support the organization’s compensation strategy.
6. Research and interpret federal, state, and local laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, pay transparency) to ensure compliance with compensation practices.
7. Assist in the development of compensation-related communications and tools for leaders and HR stakeholders.
8. Ensure data integrity within compensation systems and generate reports as needed to support decision-making.
9. Participate in the annual compensation review process cycle by assisting with merit, promotion, and bonus processes. This includes preparing data, reviewing recommendations, and ensuring alignment with established compensation guidelines.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
**Education & Experience** : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation or HR analysis. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
Skills** **:
+ Proficiency in conducting salary surveys and analyzing market data.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data effectively.
+ Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and experience with HRIS and compensation tools.
+ Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
+ Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
+ High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
+ Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
