The ideal candidate will possess a passion and understanding of the “Hyperscaler” cloud businesses (Azure, AWS, GCP) and key trends. In this role you will be a lead for the Unify your data platform solution play focused capturing the corporate market share of the entire data opportunity by landing that Azure is the best choice for a customers end-to-end data estate. This includes how to prioritize product strategies into customer outcomes and aligning them for best results through a mix of strategies. This lead will have a passion for technology, with a understanding of the sales and marketing levers and have a vision for how we gain share. The candidate will have the ability to analyze and diagnose business challenges, formulate solutions, and then motivate and influence the broader organization into action. We seek a person to accelerate growth and establish our strategies to customers through our sales, partners, and marketing. This role involves working on rapidly growing business solutions and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders globally.
Responsibilities
As the Solution Marketing Lead | Unified Data Platform you will develop and refine the Unify Your Data Platform solution play go-to-market (GTM) strategies in the corporate segment. Your job is to help our customers understand and choose Azure for their data and analytics solution needs and how unifying their data estate is critical to achieving their AI aspirations. You will work with teams to turn ideas into results and always focus on what customers need. If you love technology and have strong sales and marketing skills, this role is for you. You'll solve tough problems, create smart plans, and motivate others to succeed. Key responsibilities would include:
+ Developing and refine go-to-market strategies for the Solution Play in the Corporate segment, understanding customers digital-first needs, audience needs, perform market research, understand partner & seller journey needs, and determine investment mix/levers to optimize customer engagement.
+ Driving solution play priorities and execution of those priorities in the Corporate segment in partnership with the Microsoft sales organization and marketing teams. This includes preparing integrated marketing briefs, identifying and sharing insights in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and focusing on how marketing can impact Highly Engaged sales pipeline.
+ Running weekly Rhythm of Business (ROB) across the corporate go-to-market levers collaborating with Microsoft sales and marketing teams to implement plans based on data and insights to accelerate what’s working to deliver the greatest solution play impact for the business.

Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
+ Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years' experience in business
+ OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years' experience in business
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 3+ years' experience in Product Marketing with Enterprise B2B Cloud technology solutions.
Additional or preferred qualifications
+ Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years' experience in business
+ OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years' experience in business
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 6+ years of experience in product marketing roles.
+ Product marketing experience supporting enterprise data and analytics solutions and a deep understanding of the industry and key trends.
Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
