DHL is looking for the next **_Retail Inside Sales Executive_** who will be responsible for supporting the growth and performance of DHL Express’s U.S. retail network, including 1,500+ multiband partner service points and branded service locations (owned stores, service centers, and premier partners). This inside sales role drives revenue growth by leading partner onboarding, delivering training, and providing ongoing support to ensure operational success. The Retail Inside Sales Executive collaborates closely with Field Sales Executives and Retail leadership to monitor performance, share insights, and strengthen long-term partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Support revenue growth by onboarding and managing multiband and branded partner service points.
+ Lead the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring training, tools, and resources are in place for successful integration.
+ Deliver training programs to partners on DHL services, operational standards, and best practices.
+ Provide ongoing support to owned stores, service centers, and premier partners to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
+ Analyze partner performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements and revenue optimization.
+ Act as the primary liaison between inside sales and Field Sales Executives; share insights and strategies to drive collaborative sales outcomes.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with multiband and branded partners, acting as a trusted advisor to address needs and enhance service offerings.
+ Monitor KPIs to track partner success; prepare performance reports for the Senior Manager of Retail Sales and other stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
+ 2–3 years of experience in inside sales, retail sales, or related role (logistics/shipping/e-commerce preferred).
+ Experience onboarding or managing partners/clients strongly preferred.
+ Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
+ Candidates may be asked to complete a work sample, presentation, or skills assessment as part of the selection process.
+ Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements.

+ Data Accuracy: Ability to analyze and draw insights from relevant data to identify sales opportunities.
+ Telephone Skills: Ability to actively listen, provide and gather specific information over telephone call
+ Selling & influencing: Ability to develop and present value asked proposals and turn customers interest into action that overcome objections, probe questions, and builds rapport.
+ Coachable: Open and receptive to motivational and developmental feedback and implements change to improve and support development.
