Yard Driver
**Factory Location:** Lee, FL
**Compensation:** $22.50 / hr
**Shift differential:** 6%-8% of base hourly rate paid for applicable hours worked
**Schedule:** 2/2/3 Rotation
**Shift:** Days or Nights
Ability to work holidays and weekends per business needs

Responsibilities
This person is primarily responsible for moving trailers in and out of dock doors, yard and other areas as required. The role also supports the Logistics Team as both a Dock Coordinator and or Loader Operator as needed.
+ Moves trailers in and out of the docks in a timely manner
+ Must maintain the yard tractor, truck yard, and warehouse in an organized and clean manner to ensure safety and good manufacturing processes
+ Interacts with the warehouse team members, quality control and production to maximize output and efficiency
+ Inspects drop trailers prior to docking, and drop loads in the yard as needed
+ Performs all functions of a Warehouse team member when needed
+ Responsible for completion of monthly online E-Learnings
+ Responsible for completion of daily safety observations in Predictive Solutions
+ Able to perform Dock Coordinator and Yard Driver functions independently
+ Maintains red tag trailer report
+ Perform daily yard check
+ Be willing to be trained in all warehouse functions this includes Dock Coordinator and Yard Driver (do not need to currently have any skill sets but be willing to TRAIN)
Qualifications
+ Class A CDL license preferred
+ Must be licensed and qualified to operate a sit down fork truck efficient manner
+ Must demonstrate effective communication and teamwork skills
+ Desire a motivated self-starter with the ability to work both with a team and independently
+ Must have good basic math skills to insure accurate loading/unloading of truck
+ Must possess the ability to read and comprehend complex written instructions and correspondence
+ Basic computer navigation skills; Windows, SAP, Microsoft suite
+ Ability to lift 50lbs frequently and go up and down stairs
+ Your last performance review was at least a Meets Expectations
+ No disciplinary action (written warning or above) has taken place in the last 6 months
+ You receive your Resource’s recommendation (on the job posting form)
