Salary: $146,946 - $185,000 annually. This position is eligible for an annual bonus.
Responsibilities
The key responsibility for this Region level position is to lead the sales process and drive execution of sales and marketing programs. The Division Growth Manager (RGM) also has direct responsibility for the direct sales organization. This role has accountability for developing sales strategies that will profitably grow their region. Leadership span of control is generally 10-20 direct and indirect reports. As a member of the National Commercial Sales Leadership Team (NMT) the RGM provides support, participation and personal leadership in achieving Regional and National goals and executing initiatives as prescribed by the Senior Director of Commercial Sales.
•Reflects Primo Brand's Aspirations & Beliefs in conducting daily business role and activities
•Supports the interview, selection, hiring, training and retention process for team members
•Develops team through training, learning efforts, and team development activities
•Provides coaching and feedback to team members
•Attains team-based sales, product distribution and customer service goals
•Operates within annual expense plan
•Communicates effectively to team members and leads through changes in company policies and initiatives
•Conducts employee PDP process including merit reviews, one-on-ones, scorecard reviews and progressive discipline process when needed
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
•Coaching and development of field sales team, including field visits.
•Oversight and planning of 3rd party commercial sales team in their regions
•Achieve or exceed Regional revenue expectations
•Achieve Regional new customer acquisition goals
•Deliver value creation objectives
•Ensure maximum use of sales support tools
•Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to support development of respective regions
•Drive streamlined Actionable Insights across every aspect of analytic solutions design in order to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the users
•Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop compelling sales offers, promotions, and incentives
•Ensure all solutions are cross-functionally scoped and aligned prior to deployment
•Work in an Agile environment and continuously review the business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks.
•Partner with stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the service vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.
•Lead the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology.
•Garner actionable insights and business trends from the dashboards that can be shared cross functionally to help drive the business.
•Seek innovative solutions and partnerships that drive forward momentum of the commercial sales

•College degree preferred
