    We are seeking an experienced **Sage X3 Financial Consultant - Manager** to lead the financial modules of Sage X3 ERP implementations and optimizations. In this senior role, you will serve as a subject matter expert in Sage X3 Finance, manage project teams, mentor junior consultants, and ensure high-quality delivery that drives client success. You will work closely with clients to translate complex financial requirements into effective Sage X3 configurations, while overseeing full project lifecycles from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Lead and manage Sage X3 financial implementation projects, including multi-company, multi-currency, and multi-legislation environments.

    + Oversee requirements gathering, process analysis, and design for core financial modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Budgeting, Cost Accounting, and Financial Reporting).

    + Configure and customize Sage X3 Finance features to align with client business needs, including workflows, reporting, integrations, and compliance with local regulations (e.g., GAAP, IFRS, VAT).

    + Mentor and coach junior consultants, lead workstreams, and ensure team adherence to best practices and project timelines.

    + Conduct client workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing to drive adoption and minimize post-go-live issues.

    + Identify opportunities for process improvements, additional services, and upselling within client engagements.

    + Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and risks; prepare proposals, estimates, and status reports.

    + Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure long-term client satisfaction.

    + Stay current with Sage X3 updates, certifications, and industry trends to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

    + Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, integrations (e.g., APIs, EDI), and third-party tools.

    Required Qualifications

    + 8+ years of hands-on experience with Sage X3 ERP, with a strong focus on the Finance module.

    + Proven track record leading Sage X3 financial implementations (full lifecycle preferred).

    + Deep expertise in Sage X3 Finance features, including multi-entity consolidation, intercompany transactions, fixed assets, budgeting, and advanced reporting.

    + Experience managing teams or workstreams in consulting environments.

    + Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and compliance requirements across industries (manufacturing, distribution, or services preferred).

    + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related field.

    + Sage X3 Financial Certification (or willingness to obtain/maintain).

    + Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Experience with Sage X3 integrations (e.g., SQL, SEI, Crystal Reports, APIs, Power BI).

    + Background in similar ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics).

    + Experience in multi-site deployments.

    Benefits Information:

The salary range for this position is included below. Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location.     Pay Range:

    Pay From: $125,000 to $175,000
