    SPED Paraprofessionals / Behavior Technicians

     

    Pay: $20–$25/hr (DOE) Schedule: Monday–Friday Start: ASAP through end of the school year

     

    We are hiring SPED Paraprofessionals and Behavior Technicians to support students with academic, behavioral, and functional needs.

    Responsibilities

    + Provide direct support to students under teacher direction

    + Assist with academic tasks, behavior plans, and skill development

    + Support classroom routines and transitions

    + Collect data on student progress as directed

    + Maintain a safe, supportive learning environment

    + Collaborate with teachers and service providers

    Requirements

    + High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s preferred

    + Ability to obtain DPI Special Education Program Aide license

    + Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities preferred

    + Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills

    + Ability to follow behavior plans and instructional guidance
