    As a**Market Manager**, you’ll be the driving force behind brand growth and sales success for our client. This full-time role is all about**building relationships, inspiring retail teams, and creating unforgettable customer experiences**. You’ll manage a group of retail locations, acting as the go-to brand expert—selling, training, hosting events, merchandising, and promoting exciting programs that make an impact.

    Schedule:

    + Tuesday through Saturday 11:00am to 7:30pm, with occasional Sundays needed

    What We Offer:

    + **$28.00-$31.00 per hour, based on experience**

    What You’ll Bring

     

    + **2+ years in sales, training, or retail brand advocacy**

    + **Strong knowledge of retailer requirements**

    + **Enthusiastic attitude with excellent communication skills**

    + **Ability to present confidently to individuals and groups**

    + **Proven sales ability (preferred)**

    + **Experience in similar programs (preferred, not required)**

    + **Reliable transportation and willingness to drive regularly**

    + **Flexibility to travel outside the market for training**

    + **Possible to work nights and weekends when needed**

     

    Your Day-to-Day Impact

     

    + **Complete Eyebot LMS training and refreshers**

    + **Visit stores regularly to ensure kiosks are functional, clean, and ready**

    + **Build strong relationships with store leadership to promote the brand**

    + **Engage and train staff so they confidently explain Eyebot and guide customers**

    + **Conduct demos, performance audits, and enablement discussions**

    + **Ensure support materials are in place and address gaps quickly**

    + **Showcase how Eyebot drives sales and customer engagement**

    + **Submit visit checklists and feedback within 24 hours**

    + **Report store conditions, trends, and competitive activity with photos**

    + **Escalate issues promptly and manage scheduling for timely completion**

    + **Host sales and training events at store level**

     

    Working Environment

     

    + **Blend of office, retail store, and home office (high-speed internet required)**

    Physical Requirements

    + **Ability to travel by vehicle and/or plane**

    + **Comfortable sitting or standing for up to 8 hours**

    + **Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed**
