About the Role
As a Consulting Manager, you will make an impact by driving strategic initiatives and delivering consulting solutions for automotive clients. You will be a valued member of the Automotive Consulting team and work collaboratively with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
In this role, you will:
• Lead business transformation initiatives for automotive clients
• Provide strategic guidance and solutions tailored to client needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies
• Manage client relationships and ensure successful project delivery
What you must have to be considered
• 5+ years of consulting experience in the automotive industry
• Proven track record of delivering transformation programs
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to travel as required
