Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager Lead with 13 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Cards & Payments and Asset & Wealth Management domains. With a focus on business analysis you will drive project success through strategic planning and execution. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment contributing to impactful solutions that enhance our company's purpose and societal impact. This role involves designing and implementing technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation.

Responsibilities

+ Lead project planning sessions to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

+ Oversee the execution of project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

+ Provide guidance on project scope management to prevent scope creep and ensure project deliverables meet expectations.

+ Implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks and ensure successful outcomes

+ Coordinate program resource management to optimize resource allocation and utilization across projects.

+ Facilitate communication with key stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

+ Manage IT service management processes to ensure seamless integration and support of project initiatives.

+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management practices and outcomes.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met and deliverables are achieved.

Qualifications

+ Strong understanding of software development processes and IT systems.

+ Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum).

+ Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

+ Communication Articulating technical concepts to non-technical audiences and vice versa; active listening, negotiation. ·

Salary and Other Compensation:

• The annual salary for this position is between $129,500 USD to $149,000 USD depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

• This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
