About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Oracle ERP Cloud RMCS (Risk Management and Compliance Support) Consultant to join our team supporting a leading banking client. This role requires close daily collaboration with offshore teams, active monitoring of scheduled jobs, timely resolution of business‑critical issues, and the implementation of enhancements that strengthen system performance and user experience.

In This Role, You Will

+ Monitor and manage scheduled jobs and integrations within Oracle ERP Cloud.

+ Provide L2/L3 functional support for the RMCS (Risk Management Cloud Service) module.

+ Automate monitoring and control of user access across the ERP environment.

+ Track, analyze, and report on sensitive or restricted access.

+ Automate key risk and compliance activities to support audit readiness.

+ Safeguard access privileges and data integrity while ensuring compliance with internal and external audit requirements.

Work Model: Hybrid

We believe hybrid work offers the right balance of flexibility and collaboration. Based on business needs, this role prefers 1–2 days per week onsite at a client or Cognizant office in Buffalo, NY. What You Need to Have to Be Considered

+ Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle ERP Cloud RMCS (Risk Management Cloud Service).

+ Proficiency in monitoring and debugging scheduled jobs, including ESS jobs and integrations.

+ Experience in issue resolution, functional analysis, and implementing enhancements.

+ Solid understanding of accounting rules, journal processing, and financial reporting.

+ Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.

+ Prior experience in the banking or financial services domain is highly desirable.

+ Experience in the banking or financial services industry.

+ Oracle Cloud Financials certification.

+ Additional exposure to Oracle Financials modules or compliance frameworks.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000 – $155,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to applicable plan terms.
