Role Overview
Seeking an **Apriso Consultant** (also known as MES Solution Architect or Apriso Developer) to lead the design, configuration, integration, deployment, and support of Apriso MES solutions across manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
+ **Solution Architecture & Implementation**
+ Design scalable, end-to-end Apriso MES solutions including Production, Quality, Warehouse, Maintenance, and Time & Labor modules.
+ Configure workflows using Apriso Process Builder, Global Process Manager, and FlexNet to support batch execution, EBRs, and real-time shop floor controls.
+ **Integration & Interfaces**
+ Enable interfaces between Apriso and ERP (SAP/Oracle), PLM, SCADA/PLC, and PLM systems using OPC, web services, IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, SQL, etc..
+ **Support, Troubleshooting & Testing**
+ Provide L1–L3 support including logging/error handling, go-live assistance, and ongoing maintenance.
+ Conduct unit, system, and integration testing; troubleshoot issues in Apriso or interfacing systems.
+ **Consulting & Client Engagement**
+ Participate in requirement gathering, gap analysis, solution design, and client governance; lead demos and proofs-of-concept.
+ Mentor junior team members and collaborate on training, SOP development, and documentation.
+ **Pre-Sales & Thought Leadership**
+ Assist in opportunity identification, RFP responses, and pre-sales technical demos.
+ Represent Apriso capabilities at client meetings and industry events.
Required Skills & Experience
+ **Technical Expertise:**
+ 3–11+ years in Apriso (FlexNet or DELMIA Apriso) implementations.
+ Hands-on with Process Builder, Business Controls, Global Process Manager, FlexNet.
+ Strong integration experience with ERP, SCADA/PLC, and PLM via OPC, web services, SQL, IDoc/BAPI/RFC.
+ Programming skills in C#, .NET, Java, SQL/PL-SQL, and web technologies.
+ **Domain Knowledge:**
+ Understanding of manufacturing processes, ISA-95, S88 standards.
+ Experience across Production, Quality, Warehouse, Maintenance business processes.
+ **Soft Skills:**
+ Strong problem-solving, client-facing, mentoring, and communication capabilities.
+ **Education & Domain Experience:**
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, IT, or related field.
+ Preferably 5–11+ years of experience in MES implementations; experience in regulated industries (e.g., pharma) and Agile environments preferred.
