    ABA Center Manager

     

    Schedule: Monday–Friday | 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

     

    Language Requirement: Bilingual Spanish/English (Required)

    About the Role

    The ABA Center Manager will oversee daily operations at our Richmond center, working closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure high-quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, and a professional, welcoming environment for clients, families, and staff. Prior experience in a managerial role within an ABA or behavioral health setting is strongly preferred.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Oversee center operations, scheduling, and staff coverage

    + Support client intake, enrollment, and overall family experience

    + Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all applicable regulations

    + Maintain facility standards, inventory, and center organization

    + Supervise staff, support performance management, and collaborate with Clinical Managers

    + Track operational metrics and provide regular reports

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor's degree (Required)

    + Spanish fluency (Required)

    + 3+ years of management experience in a clinical or ABA setting (preferred)

    + Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

    Requirements

    + Valid Driver's License

    + DOJ & FBI fingerprint clearance

    + Bachelor's degree
