Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a full-time Human Resources Coordinator to join the team for the opening of a new location at Miami Freedom Park in Miami, Florida. $25.00 - $37.00 / hour

What will you do?

+ Assist the HR team with the training and development of Delaware North team members, including orientation

+ Assist with Employee Relations, including managing and resolving workplace issues, providing guidance on policies, and fostering positive employee engagement

+ Support the team with internal and external HR related inquiries and requests

+ Participate in recruiting efforts

+ Prepare pre-employment paperwork and initiate the new hire process for incoming team members

+ Maintain employee training records and ensure team members receive refresher training when required

+ Follow compliance and company regulations when working with sensitive and confidential information

More about you

+ At least 1 year of prior human resources experience including recruiting, employee relations and onboarding experience

+ Bilingual Spanish/English a plus

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Strong organizational, decision-making, and time management skills

+ Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines

+ Working knowledge of HR and employment laws is a plus

+ Hospitality and/or sport services experience a plus

+ Flexible work schedule availibility - able to work on event days
