Job Description:
Senior Design Engineer for TCAM/SRAM memory design and verification in advanced nodes.
Responsibilities:
+ Architecture, Design, Analysis and development of high performance semiconductor memories and compilers.
+ Run timing and functional verification.
+ Implement memory characterization flows.
+ Generate front end and back end views for memory IP for integration into SOC.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's + 8+ years of hands on experience in design of TCAM/SRAM memories in advanced nodes (7nm/10nm/16nm FF)
+ Exposure to complete design cycle of SRAM memory development
+ Experience with Silicon debugging and test
+ Experience in using EDA tools for schematic entry, layout and advanced transistor level simulators.
+ Experience in developing Memory Compiler, characterization and modeling
+ Experience with LEC tools (ESPCV)
+ Ability to review and coordinate layout activities
+ Experience in STA tools including transistor level STA tools.
+ Ability to come up with design verification and test plans
+ Working knowledge of scripting.

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $192,000.
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
